Engineering Design and Technical Advisory / Consultancy Support
CP Engineering work performed by a team of qualified and experienced Icorr and NACE Cathodic Protection Engineers.
Full onshore (buried and immersed structures and internal cathodic protection if required) and offshore cathodic protection design services are available, the actual sector and work carried out being dependent upon the Client requirement.
Engineering applications include, LNG Plants, onshore pipelines, tanks (internal and external), wells, river crossings etc and offshore locations including, outfalls, harbours, piles, oil
and gas production facilities, offshore platforms, FPSO’s, tank farms, pipelines, pumping systems and many others.
Site Surveys
Site surveys can be undertaken for onshore (pipelines, petrochemical plants, power stations, storage tanks etc.), coastal (i.e. jetties, quay walls etc.) and offshore (pipelines, platforms etc) projects.
Corrpro Europe can provide experienced cathodic protection engineers and technicians to carry out corrosion surveys as required to specific client requirements.
For a major project and where required by the client, cathodic protection design could be as comprehensive as listed below.
Supervision/Commissioning and Maintenance Support
Corrpro Europe provides engineers for supervising the installation and commissioning of cathodic protection systems on long or short-term contracts as required.
Supervision ensures works were carried out in full accordance with the specifications and relevant standards. Following installation of any equipment, tests will be performed to confirm satisfactory operation.
Commissioning would be in accordance with client requirements or a procedure produced as part of the design package and would incorporate all features included in the design.
On completion of the commissioning site work complete commissioning reports would be produced and operations and maintenance manuals provided. If required training of client personnel and consultancy support can be given.
